Ruby Re-Usable currently has a show running at O.F.S.'s Capitol Theater. Alcoved next to the stage Ruby takes us to our alleys. Sometimes something sticks out, stops you from seeing through your environment.

The soundscape of alleys. Early and late, the engine rev background slows enough and small echoes are audible. Shoes slapping and clapping while sifting through a breeze.



It's what stands out that clues you in to everything else.

tripod

Do you have a tripod? It would add to the mousover effect for these images. Not that they aren't cool as is. But if the frame of reference was exactly the same for the shots as they change it would add to the effect.

nope

No tripod and rarely the time to use one if I did. My aesthetic leans more toward the jarring transition (especially between what should be subtle), so I just concentrate on trying to create eye-blink narratives with the tools at hand.

What Do You Shoes Mean to YOU

hey, thanks, enpen, for posting about my installation, and if anyone DOES have a tripod and wants to help by taking photos, PLEASE do and I will post the photos on OlyBlog AND on Olympia Dumpster Divers.
