I was salivating at the thought of trying it out. I hope they can get back on their feet, it has got to suck to have a business wiped out like that.

I guess I see a difference in saying something like "hey, if the insurance company lets them down we should try to organize a community response!" and "I have a feeling they might not get back on their feet soon."
