Well, half a dozen guys packing everything from a 6" barrel .357 mag to a little .380 autoloader had a nice little dinner at Apollo's. I couldn't find my camera, but this was such a non event to barely justify mentioning. Lots of visible guns, no visible nerves from patrons or staff. First time I ever ate there, not sure I would go back just because I didn't see anything to set them apart from any other dining establishment. I take that back, the spaghetti looked good, I want to go back and try that. Pretty much your normal get together of people who share a common passion. What would you say if you saw half a dozen people visibly packing heat in your favorite resteraunt? Just curious...

Nice group of people,
Submitted by JT on Mon, 03/31/2008 - 4:24am.and no one freaked out! Management was cool, patrons were cool, and all of us gun toters didn't go on a shooting spree and kill everyone in the restaurant. Or did we, nah....I'm sure that was just a dream.. :)
Food was ok, but a bit overpriced for the size of servings.

Submitted by security_six on Mon, 03/31/2008 - 12:07pm.How their current carry laws came into play.
OC is illegal in Texas, and it used to be illegal to carry even a concealed weapon most places. You had to keep it in your car.
A woman who was an elected official got to watch a horrible shooting unfold in front of her while dining and she couldnt' stop it. Her gun was in her car.
