i missed the terra commons meeting last night because i was ill.

very disappointing! i really want to meet all of you folks who are doing city repair/permaculture/public art & beautification kind of work & those who have a serious, committed interest in it.

did anyone else make it to the mtg?

maybe we can arrange a meetup to discuss a collaborative vision & set some projects in motion.

it seems to me we've got plenty of people with a diversity of skills & experience to accomplish an expanded version of what city repair is doing.

i want to see us develop community landscapes that incorporate natural building, food forests & gardens & public art in one space. it would be awesome to have a unified network accomplishing these things.

terra commons grass to garden

Hey ya'll,

we had a small meeting last night and had a few change of plans.

We will have another meeting in about a month to talk further (we will let you know when the date is set). it would be great to have more people there.

This coming thursday the 26th we will be doing the first step (sheet mulching) to a grass to garden in the neighborhood of the co-op. That would be a great opportunity to meet new and interested folks.

We will start at 1pm and go until we are done. More information and directions will be posted early next week.
see you there!
