Smith, author of the alarming books, HAARP: The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy and Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature, will be speaking at the Olympia Center on Thursday, July 10 at 6pm at the Olympia Center, 222 Columbia St. NW. Mr. Smith's life-long political and environmental activism and research has resulted in numerous television and radio interviews along with inclusion in a variety of publications in the U.S. and abroad.
