I need some bits and pieces for my laptop.  It's an HP Pavilion zv6000.  I need a charger, battery and CD/DVD burner.  Charger is most important as it is having issues.  Battery is wearing down, only holds a 45 minute or so charge, and the burner while functioning is damaged...  Don't like buying from eBay.  They are rabidly anti gun IMHO and I would just as soon spend my money elsewhere.  Can probably get a universal charger at Radio Shack...  Anyway, anyone have anything that would work for me?  Thanks.

You could try,

Green geek, or Oly Geek, or maybe just try to find some geeks down at the library.

I thought of them

But this is a fairly  new computer and I doubt they would have stuff for it.  Everything I have seen at FreeGeek was a bit ummm dated.  Thanks though.
