Bought a bar of Fedora Dark Chocolate at Einmalien's today and man is it good! Smooth like milk chocolate and not bitter, yet still dark. Bourbon is one of the ingredients. Looks like it would be good for a vegan although there is a disclaimer of "may contain traces of milk or nuts"

Does the possibility of milk traces keep you from trying this stuff? I think the burbon makes a huge difference. It's a very unique chocolate.

Submitted by security_six on Wed, 04/02/2008 - 12:31pm.Thanks to your ever incessant discussions :-), I have found myself making some different choices in my food purchases. I'm not going to change from my omnivore lifestyle but I have modified it and will keep doing so.
To everyone else. Go buy some of this blasted chocolate.
